We carry out many non profitable projects to help the society we live in - as well as a few commercial projects to help the company growth. They are projects of of various structures. Such as: Re-engineering & organizational change related to automation; knowledge management, curriculum & certification process for operation Culture assimilation; valuing diversity; climate survey Development & facilitation of leadership development process and business development projects Performance management system, salary restructure, organizational competencies & communication Facilitation of gain-share /profit-sharing committee & task force Different Groups have been attached  to manage each projects Separately.  Group attached with Re-engineering project Group attached with culture assimilation Group attached with Performance Management Project
